LENA ROSE

Winery: DAL DIN

It is a Family Selection – Brut, crafted from Pinot Noir grapes and produced through natural fermentation. Considered the jewel of our production, it offers an elegant bouquet with notes of wild forest fruits and yeast. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, persistent, and full of flavor. The name pays tribute to the founder — grandmother Daldin of Spumanti.
